Immunizations required for Senior year: Students entering 12th grade are required to have a booster (second) dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV4). The booster must be MCV4 vaccine- NOT the meningitis B vaccine. An up-to-date immunization record indicating the required immunization is required by the first day of attendance at school. Nash County Athletic Directors and Coaches, Please submit the attached nomination form on or before April 26, 2024. The coach who is nominated should be a coach who exemplifies Dudley Whitley’s goals, great character and sportsmanship, as well as one who serves as a positive role model for students (bio is attached). Please take the time out of your busy schedule to recognize a coach who makes a difference every day for our student-athletes!!! (Recommendations are accepted from parents and athletes as well).
