Nash County Public Schools acknowledges all students' and employees' dignity and worth and strives to create a safe, orderly, caring, and inviting school environment to facilitate student learning and achievement.

Nash County Public Schools will not tolerate sexual harassment in the education program and activities of the school system and takes seriously all reports and formal complaints of sexual harassment, as defined in Policy 1725 Title IX Sexual Harassment – Prohibited Conduct and Reporting Process
