Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website.
To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

You can also click on the away games (digital sports), and it will connect you to map quest for directions. There is a section where you can put your email address so that the system can notify you of any cancellations.

After school weight training Monday through Thursday from 2:50 pm to 4 pm.

Monday, Sept. 9th
Soccer will host Bunn. Game time: 4 pm.
Volleyball will host Wake Forrest. Game time: 4 and 5 pm.
Tuesday, Sept. 10th
Tennis will travel to Northern Nash. Match time: 3:30 pm.
Volleyball will host Southern Nash. Game time: 4 and 5 pm.
Wednesday, Sept. 11th.
Cross Country will travel to Red Oak. Meet time: 5 pm.
Soccer will host Tarboro. Game time: 5 pm.
Tennis will host J.H. Rose. Match time: 3:30 pm.
Thursday, Sept. 12th
Tennis will travel to Bunn. Match time: 3:30 pm.
Volleyball will travel to Franklinton. Game time: 4 and 5 pm.
