Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website. 

To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

Important items:

·         GoFan for admission to games. Football, Basketball and Swimming $10.  All other sports $8

·         Season passes - $125.00 (GoFan app)                  

·         Letterman Jackets - $140.00, 5X - $190

·         RM Stickers and Team stickers - $2.00

·         Gryphon Apparel -RMHS Online Store and Amazon.com

Go to our school’s website, digital sports: www.digitalsports.com or Maxpreps: www.maxpreps.com  to get schedules, rosters and results. You can also click on the away games (digital sports), and it will connect you to map quest for directions.  There is a section where you can put your email address so that the system can notify you of any cancellations.

After school weight training will begin on Tuesday, September 3rd from 2:50 pm to 4 pm.

Boys’ and Girls’ Basketball interest meeting will be held in the main gym on Tuesday, September 3rd from 2:45 to 4:30 pm.  Please bring workout clothes.  You must have a physical, passed 3 out of 4 courses last semester and registered in Finalforms in order to participate.

Tuesday, Sept. 3rd

  • Tennis will host Southern Nash. Match time: 3:30 pm.

  • Volleyball will travel to Nash Central.  Game time: 4 and 5 pm.

  • Soccer will travel to Hunt.  Game time: 6:30 pm.

Wednesday, Sept. 4th

  • Cross C0untry will travel to Roanoke Rapids.  Meet time: 5 pm.

  • Soccer will travel to South Johnston.  Game time: 6:30 pm.

Thursday, Sept. 5th. 

  • Tennis will travel to Franklinton.  Match time: 3:30 pm. 

  • Volleyball was host Roanoke Rapids. Game time: 4 and 5 pm.

  • JV Football will host Edenton Holmes. Game time: 7 pm. There will be no bookbags allowed into the stadium for the game.

Friday, Sept. 6th

  • V. Football will travel to Edenton Holmes. Game time:  7 pm.

Saturday, Sept. 7th

  • Cross Country will travel to Northern Nash.  Meet time: 9 am.
