Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website.
To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

You can also click on the away games (digital sports), and it will connect you to map quest for directions. Cross Country results: The girls finished in 2nd place.
Soccer tied with Tarboro.
J.H. Rose defeated the Tennis team.
Thursday, Sept. 12th
Tennis will travel to Bunn. Match time: 3:30 pm.
Volleyball will travel to Franklinton. Game time: 4 and 5 pm.
JV Football will travel to Northeastern. Game time 6:00 pm.
Rocky Mount Middle Football will play in the stadium at 4 pm.
Friday, Sept. 13th
V. Football will host Northeastern. Game time: 7:00 pm. NO BOOKBAGS ALLOWED IN THE STADIUM.
Monday, Sept. 16th
Soccer team will travel to Nash Central. Game time: 4 pm.
